3KM AFRAM PLAINS BRIDGE Portfolio

The 3km bridge when constructed will become the  longest bridge in Ghana and also the longest bridge over the largest man-made lake in the world in terms of surface area, and potentially a high tourist attraction feature adding to the four (4) other unique features already located in the Kwaku / Afram plains region (the economic powerhouse enclave) namely:

  • The biggest hotel in Africa 
  • The longest airport runway in West Africa when completed. 
  • Top paragliding event in Africa  
  • The hottest tourism spot in Ghana. 

Estimated Value Of Project.  USD$ 350 million.  Tenure: October 2023 – 2027  Process:  BOT (Build Own Transfer) 

DATA CENTERS Portfolio

To set up a first-class large data centers in the Afram Plains  as part of our Industrialization Project of the Afram Plains. 
A facility that provides shared access to applications and  data using a complex network, computers, and storage 
infrastructure”. 

Taking full advantage of the huge opportunity in servicing  E-commerce businesses, banks and financial institutions,  healthcare organizations, government agencies,  enterprises. Ghana is an attractive location for data centers. Ghana is a peaceful democratic country and rich in mineral resources, including gold, oil and gas, and timber, is also  home to several tech hubs and start-ups making it an 
attractive and excellent data center. (low cost electricity,  good connectivity, good infrastructure). We also envision  to initiate our own software development group for creating software for the healthcare industry in Ghana. This  will further develop to AI (Artificial Intelligence) incubators.   

Estimated Value Of Project   USD$100 million. 

AGRICULTURE Portfolio

Looking to tap into the huge mechanized 
agricultural potential of Ghana, where Ghana’s  agricultural exports to Dubai market alone, stands at potentially, $4.8 billion per year.  Noting that 60% of the world’s unused arable  lands is in Africa, and in Ghana, agriculture  contributes to 54% of Ghana’s GDP, and accounts  for over 40% of export earning while at the 

same time providing 90% of the food needs of  the country.

 Target crops are maize, cashew, mangoes, oil  palms, coffee, cocoa, shea nuts, and vegetables.

SOLAR & WIND ENERGY Portfolio

Establishing 200MW blend of solar and wind farm  in Afram Plains that will supply to our proposed  Industrialization Project of Afram Plains, such as the  Data Centers, etc.  

When this solar energy farm is established it will  become an independent power producer to the  Electricity Company of Ghana, which will readily  sign purchasing contract agreement because of  reliability of  “solar blend wind” source of power.  The construction of the solar and wind energy 
project put us in an advantageous position to tap  into the ever growing energy demand of ever 
growing population of Ghana. 

Estimated Value Of Project.   USD$50  – $80 million.  Tenure: 2023 – 2026   

FIVE (5) STAR HOTEL / CONVENTION CENTER Portfolio

To take full advantage of the tourism gold potential  of the Afram Plains region to construct a 5-star hotel,  conventional center – noting the huge social economic  potential of over 50,000 people that gathers every 
year for the four (4) days celebration of the Easter  holidays in the Kwahu/Afram Plains region, where 

the Government targets a $2.5 billion in revenue. 

The last two (2) Easter holidays celebrations have  seen our President, Nana Addo-Dankwa, gracing the  occasion.

PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES Portfolio

Private security, which is the private sector of protection, which may  include people, properties, information and reputation. Private security industry supports businesses which are the backbone of  Ghana’s economy. Security is indispensable to Ghana’s economy and so is  the private security industry.

Ghana’s private security industry has been described as “green” because  its potential is yet to be fully explored. The industry has potential to 
employ thousands of people. Globally, there are more private security  guards than law enforcement agencies. As a result of the sophistication of  crime and society, the demand for private security services keeps 
increasing.

We have established a security company called SCORPION SECURITY GHANA LIMITED in 1995 and the staff will be trained by Icon Enterprises.

We envision to provide industrial, corporate, and residential security  services, which include; maritime security, close protection security, escort  services, bodyguards, residential security, detective work, and more.
